About BE Intelligent

Making the unpredictable, predictable.

AI is moving into every part of how organizations work: clinical workflows, back-office operations, customer service, decision support. It brings real promise. It also brings risks most organizations aren't set up to see, measure, or control. Models drift. Vendors embed AI without telling you. Staff adopt tools faster than policy can keep up. Regulators are paying closer attention.

BE Intelligent exists to close that gap.

What we believe

We help organizations build AI risk management programs that work in practice and don't just sit in a binder. That means governance structures leaders can run, policies people can follow, and clear ways to evaluate AI vendors and products before they reach your environment.

We also provide the technology to manage AI once it's in place, so you can see what's running, who's using it, and whether it's behaving the way you expect.

Governance should speed adoption, not stall it.

Good guardrails let you say yes to AI with confidence.

Risk you can’t see, you can’t manage.

Visibility comes first.

Programs have to fit the organization.

We build around your people, your environment, and your risk tolerance.

Founders

Built by leaders, not theorists

We've stood up AI steering committees, vetted AI vendors, and carried the accountability when technology decisions affect patients, employees, and the bottom line. We bring that experience to every engagement.

How we operate

What you can expect from us

We work inside organizations whose mission is caring for people. We hold ourselves to the standard they would.

No surprises

You will know what to expect: scope, timeline, cost, and what is shipping versus what is on the roadmap.

Fit to your mission

The engagement aligns with your mission, vision, and values and with the review processes you already own.

Responsive

You will hear back from a founder, not a queue. Our best clients become advocates because we show up.

Safe by default

No real patient data in demos, no claims we cannot back, and a platform that answers no when it is unsure.

Respect, integrity, compassion, excellence

The values we carry from decades in care delivery organizations, applied to technology leadership.

Vendor-neutral

We do not resell AI vendors. Our platform governs them, and our advice is not tied to any of them.

Our mission

To help organizations adopt AI safely, responsibly, and with confidence, so innovation becomes an advantage and not a liability.
